Dear Farmer, The cutting method for commercial cultivation of marigold flower is proving to be more yielding and profitable. The top part of the marigold plant is 5 to 7 cm. The method of planting in cutting beds is called cutting method. For this method, mainly African marigold species should be selected.

The texture of African marigold flowers is tough and attractive, due to which people like it more. Marigold can be propagated through seed or cuttings. In this, just 30 days after planting the marigold, the top part of the stem should be cut, which increases the number of flowers along with supporting branches. Prepare the nursery by planting the cut top parts of the plant in the beds. After this the nursery plants should be transplanted in the main field.
