How are mushroom seeds prepared?

Oyster and button mushroom seed, which is rich in many nutrients, is prepared from wheat. For this, water is mixed with wheat and kept in an open vessel for some time. After this it is cooked on medium flame. After the mixture cools down, calcium sulphate and calcium carbonate are mixed well and kept in plastic packets for the manufacture of fungus. It is then sterilized by a machine. After the packet cools down, seeds are put in laminar air flow machine to destroy harmful elements and mother spawn is mixed. Mushrooms are then cultivated from the prepared seeds.
