How to do Fertilizer Management in Paddy Crop

Fertilizer for early maturing varieties

Add about 24 kg of nitrogen, 24 kg of phosphorous and 24 kg of potash per acre of land at the time of preparation of the field.

Spray 24 kg of nitrogen at the time of flowering after transplanting.
Fertilizer for medium and late maturing varieties

Add about 30 kg of nitrogen, 24 kg of phosphorus and 24 kg of potash per acre of land at the time of preparation of the field.

Spray 30 kg of nitrogen at the time of flowering after transplanting.
Fertilizer for Aromatic and Dwarf Varieties

In late maturing varieties, spray 48 kg Nitrogen, 24 kg Phosphorous and 24 kg Potash per acre of field.

On the other hand, in early and medium maturing varieties, spray 48 kg nitrogen, 12 kg phosphorus and 12 kg potash per acre of land.
Fertilizer for direct sowing of paddy

If you are doing direct sowing of paddy, then 40 to 48 kg of nitrogen should be used per acre of land.

Divide the total nitrogen into 4 parts. One part should be mixed in the field while plowing.

Add 2 parts of the remaining nitrogen at the time of discharge.

Spray the last part at the time of making paddy earrings.

Apart from this, 20 kg of phosphorus and 20 kg of potash should also be used.
