  • HI.1077 : It is one of the suitable variety for sowing in November. Its grains are of medium size and syrupy. The crop yields 20 to 24 quintals per acre of land. It takes about 130 days for the crop to mature. This variety is resistant to brown mite disease.

  • Raj 3077: The height of this variety of plants ranges from 115 to 118 cm. Its stems are thick and strong. The grains are of medium size hard and syrupy. It is a suitable variety for late sowing. About 16 to 24 quintals of crop is produced per acre of land.

  • Lok 1: This is one of the dwarf varieties. Its plants are 80 to 90 cm high. Its grains are hard and golden in color. It matures quickly as compared to other varieties. It takes about 100 days to ripen. About 16 to 18 quintals of crop is produced by cultivating per acre of land. It can be sown till the first week of January.
