Coriander is used in almost all the homes of our country. Green leaves are used to make chutneys as well as to garnish vegetables and other dishes. Its donations are included in the main issues. Along with the green leaves of coriander, its seeds ie grains are also very beneficial for health. Many types of nutrients are found in it. In which zinc , fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B6, phosphorus , potassium, copper and manganese are the main ones. By consuming it we can get rid of many diseases. So should know some major benefits of coriander.

  • Stomach problems: Coriander has a cooling effect, so its consumption provides relief from many stomach related problems. It also improves the digestive system. Along with this, there is also relief in stomach pain , indigestion, colitis.

  • Relief from diabetes: Consumption of coriander also provides relief in diabetes. Consumption of coriander water controls the amount of insulin in the blood.
